Re: Death of Peter Dickson



It is with deep sadness that the Board of Pochin's PLC ("the Company") announces
the death of its Deputy Chairman, Peter Dickson.  Mr Dickson had been a
Non-Executive director of the company since 1st January 2002.



Peter was a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.  Prior to
his association with the Company, Peter had been CEO, and later Chairman, of
Yates Group, leading its flotation in 1994.  He was Chairman of Portland Hotels,
a Non-Executive director of The Westbury Property Fund Limited and a co-founder
of The Medical Property Investment Fund Limited.



We shall miss him greatly and extend our sympathy to his family at this very sad
time.
