                           Director/PDMR Shareholding


The Company was informed yesterday that Mr Michael Chadwick, a non-executive
director of the Company, disposed of 1,958,780 ordinary shares in the capital of
the Company on 4 March 2008 to Quiros Limited, a company to which Mr Chadwick is
connected, at a price of 181p per share.

In addition, the Company was informed yesterday that Quiros Limited purchased
50,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 4 March 2008, at a price
of 181p per share.

Accordingly, Mr Chadwick now has a beneficial interest in 14,000 ordinary shares
in the Company being 0.06 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
Quiros Limited now has a beneficial interest, and accordingly Mr Chadwick now
has a non-beneficial interest, in 4,593,364 ordinary shares in the Company,
being 22.08 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
