                                Director Dealing


The Company announces that:

(i)  Christine Stobbs, Finance Director, has today acquired 125,000 ordinary
     shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing
     approximately 0.6 per cent of the current issued ordinary share capital 
     of the Company ("Issued Share Capital") at a price of 43.5 pence per 
     Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Miss Stobbs' total holding in 
     the Company is 125,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.6 per 
     cent of the Issued Share Capital; and

(ii) on 25 July 2007, Miss Stobbs was granted options over 125,000 Ordinary
     Shares at an exercise price of 40 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this, 
     Miss Stobbs holds the following share options in the Company:

In addition, the Company announces that the operations management team have
today acquired 120,000 Ordinary Shares in aggregate, representing approximately
0.58 per cent. of the Issued Share Capital at a price of 43.5 pence per Ordinary
Share. Following this transaction the operations management team's total holding
in the Company is 274,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.3% of the Issued Share
Capital.
