Update

Photon Kathaas Productions Ltd ("the Company") announced on 20 June 2013 that there would be a delay in the finalisation of the Company's annual accounts for the year ended 31st December 2012. This delay has been caused in the main by the delay in the start of a $9.5m production in India. The commencement of filming will release significant funds to the Company under the financing arrangements in place and until those funds are released the directors and auditors are unable to sign off on the accounts, without there being reference to material uncertainty with regards to the going concern assumption upon which the accounts are prepared.

The commencement of filming is now expected by mid August this year and accordingly the publication of the audited accounts is subject to further delay. Meanwhile the film, Thanga Meengal is now scheduled for release by end August and this will release further small funds to the Company. A further announcement will be made in due course.
