ProPhotonix Limited was notified today that Tim Steel, Non-Executive Director, today purchased on 5 December 2013, 250,000 ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 1.50 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Steel has an interest in 1,053,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.26 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
