    Phosphagenics Limited ("Phosphagenics") (ASX: POH, AIM: PSG, OTCQX: PPGNY) has today made application to the London Stock Exchange for a
total of 14,039 Ordinary shares of NPV each to trade on AIM.

    The shares have been issued in connection with exercises of options and rank pari passu with the existing class of ordinary of no par
value.

    Admission of these shares is expected to take place on 6 June 2008.

    Phosphagenics confirms that its issued share capital comprises of 663,542,406 ordinary shares of no par value each.
