Result of AGM

The Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions put to the Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed.

As previously announced, Stephen Boyd has retired as a director having been chairman since 2004 and is succeeded by Stephen Yapp who was appointed a director in June 2015. The directors thank Mr Boyd for his significant contributions during his time at the Company and wish him well for the future.
