Director / PDMR Shareholding
Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist
producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods
for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been
informed that on 4 May 2019, Richard Briere, Chief Financial
Officer, bought 2,500 shares at a price of 62 pence per share. The
Company has also been informed that on 7 May 2019, Reg Hankey,
Chief Executive Officer, bought 7,000 shares at a price of 64.9
pence per share.
Following the purchase, Mr Briere's and Mr Hankey's holdings in
the Company increased to 2,500 shares and 247,033 shares,
representing 0.018% and 1.779% of the Company's issued share
capital respectively.

requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further
