Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has been informed that on 10 May 2019 Richard Briere, Chief Financial Officer, bought 7,500 shares at a price of 68 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Mr Briere's holding in the Company has increased to 10,000 shares which represents 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
