Director / PDMR Shareholding
Pittards plc ("Pittards" or the "Company"), the specialist
producer of technically advanced leather and luxury leather goods
for sale to retailers, manufacturers and distributors, has received
notification of the following dealings in ordinary shares of 50p
each in the capital of the Company on 17 November 2020.
Richard Briere Chief Financial Officer, bought 10,000 shares at
a price of 38 pence per share. Following the purchase, Mr Briere's
holding in the Company has increased to 89,392 shares which
represents 0.69% of the Company's issued share capital.
Reg Hankey, Chief Executive Officer, bought 10,000 shares at a
price of 38 pence per share. Following the purchase, Mr Hankey's
holding in the Company has increased to 342,822 shares which
represents 2.65% of the Company's issued share capital.
Louise Cretton Non-Executive director, bought 13,157 shares at a
price of 38 pence per share. Following the purchase, Mrs Cretton's
holding in the Company has increased to 27,353 shares which
represents 0.21% of the Company's issued share capital.
