Pittards plc, the specialist producer of technically advanced
leather and luxury leather goods for retailers, manufacturers and
distributors, has been informed that on 10 January 2023, Alan
Burgess, Group Finance Director and a PDMR of the Company purchased
1,505 ordinary shares at 54p. Following the purchase Alan holds
21,643 Ordinary Shares (0.17% of the voting rights).
