PREMIER UK DUAL RETURN TRUST PLC

The Board of Premier UK Dual Return Trust PLC (the "Company") announces that it
has today repaid the �7.5 million loan facility to The Bank of Scotland plc.

The Company has paid interest rate swap breakage costs of �179 in respect of
the repayment.
