PREMIER UK DUAL RETURN TRUST PLC (the "Company")

FINAL INTERIM DIVIDEND

With reference to the Company's proposals for the voluntary winding-up and
reconstruction of the Company, as announced on 31 October 2007 the Directors
have today declared a final interim dividend of 1.0p net per Income share,
payable on 29 November 2007 to the holders of Income shares on the Register at
23 November 2007.
