                   Additional Listing

Application has been made for 170,000 ordinary shares  of
20p  each  in  the  Company  ("Ordinary  Shares")  to  be
admitted  to the Official List.  The Ordinary Shares  are
being  issued  pursuant  to the exercise  of  outstanding
warrants   and  subscription  for  the  170,000  Ordinary
Shares. Admission is expected to become effective  on  16
June 2000.
