                               Directors' Dealings

The  Company  was  notified on 12 January 2007 that Steven Goodman  and  Grahame 
Farquhar, Executive  Directors of the Company,  have  today  purchased  230,000 
ordinary  shares of 16 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and  12,750 
Ordinary Shares respectively at a price of 20 pence per share.

Mr  Goodman's  resultant beneficial interest in the Company is 230,000  Ordinary
Shares,  which  is  0.34% per cent. of the total issued  share  capital  of  the
Company. Mr Farquhar's resultant beneficial interest is 12,750 Ordinary  Shares,
which is 0.02% per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company .
