       Annual General Meeting Statement and Additional Listing of Shares


The Company yesterday held its AGM at which all resolutions were duly passed.


The Company also announces that it has issued and allotted an aggregate of
4,540,184 ordinary shares of 16p each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to
Kevin Harrington and Tim Harrington, the vendors of Reliant International Media
LLC and an aggregate 3,144,594 Ordinary Shares to EXI International Inc and Bill
Barlow, the vendors of EXI International Corp (known as famous Discoveries).
These Ordinary Shares were issued as vendor consideration in accordance with the
terms of the agreements under which those companies were acquired on 11 January
2007 and 30 March 2007 respectively.


Following these issues of Ordinary Shares, the issued ordinary share capital of
the Company amounts to 75,936,817 Ordinary Shares. The aggregate interests of
each of Kevin Harrington and Tim Harrington amount to 9,080,368 and 9,080,367
Ordinary Shares respectively, each representing 11.96 per cent. of the total
issued share capital of the Company, being an aggregate combined interest of
18,160,735 Ordinary Shares, representing an aggregate 23.92 per cent. of the
total issued share capital of the Company. The interests of EXI International
Inc and Bill Barlow each amount to 1,572,297 Ordinary Shares, each representing
2.07 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company. MediaXposure
Limited (Cayman)'s interest of 50,136,655 Ordinary Shares represents 66.02 per
cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.


Application has been made for the 7,684,778 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted
to trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market for listed securities 
("Admission"). Admission is expected to become effective on 6 June 2007.
