                         ResponzeTV PLC (the "Company")

    US$3m 6 per cent Convertible Unsecured Loan Notes due 2007 ("Loan Note")

The Company announces that it has agreed with the holder of the Loan Note, DKR
Soundshore Oasis Holding Fund Ltd. ("Oasis") to extend the redemption date and
final conversion date of the Loan Note from 24 August 2007 to 7 September 2007.
During that time the Company expects to have further discussions with Oasis as
to its intentions regarding the Loan Note, of which the principal amount of
US$2.9m remains outstanding, and will make a further announcement in due course.
