    US$3m 6 per cent Convertible Unsecured Loan Notes due 2007 ("Loan Note")


Further to its announcements made on 24 August 2007 and 10 September 2007, the
Company announces that it has paid to DKR Soundshore Oasis Holding Fund Ltd the
full amount of US$2.9 million principal previously outstanding under the Loan
Note.
