announced today that it does not expect its U.S. registered
open-end and closed-end funds to make capital gain distributions to
shareholders in 2009. Please note that distribution information,
including tax characteristics, for each fund is posted on the Cohen

2010, shareholders will receive notification in a Form 1099-DIV of
the composition of all distributions for the year and the related
