The Board announces that as at 31 May 2015, the net asset value per share of the Company was 43.5 pence and total net asset value was GBP16.2 million, as extracted from unaudited management information at that date. This figure is stated before provision for the 2.5 pence per share interim dividend which is due to be paid on 30 June 2015.
