Application has been made to the Irish Stock Exchange and to the London Stock
Exchange for 129,791,319 Ordinary Shares, of nominal value #0.125 each in the
capital of Rapid Technology Group Plc, to be admitted to trading on the
Developing Companies Market of the Irish Stock Exchange and on the Alternative
Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange.  Such Admission is expected
become effective and dealings to commence in these shares on Tuesday 1 April
2003
