Brazil, announces that its Annual General Meeting will take place on 15 August 2008 at 10:00am (GMT) at Laytons, Carmelite, 50 Victoria
Embankment, Blackfriars, London EC4Y 0LS.

    A notice convening this meeting, and the annual report and accounts in respect of the period ended 31 August 2007, has been sent to
shareholders and copies are available on the Company website: www.riverdiamonds.co.uk 

    Please note that one of the resolutions to be considered by shareholders is to change the name of the Company to Vatukoula Gold Mines
