In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company wishes to announce it has 
been notified by Mr Talmai Morgan, a non-executive director of the Company, that 
he has joined the Board of Directors of NB Distressed Debt Investment Fund 
Limited (the "NB Distressed Debt Fund") in a non-executive capacity.  The NB 
Distressed Debt Fund was admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Market of 
the London Stock Exchange on 10 June 2010.
