Completion of Delisting

Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) A Limited (the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the resolutions passed by shareholders at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 11 November 2013, admission to trading on AIM of the Company's shares was cancelled today.

James Robert Toynton and Alan John Roberts of Grant Thornton Limited (the "Liquidators") are continuing the Company's voluntary wind up process with remaining net assets of the Company, after expenses of liquidation, anticipated to be distributed to shareholders of the Company as soon as the Liquidators are able to do so. All creditors will be paid in full, following which it is anticipated that all or substantially all of the remaining assets will be distributed by 30 November 2013. In the event that a retention of funds is necessary, a final distribution will be made in due course at the conclusion of the liquidation.

Following today's delisting, the Company has no further regulatory notification obligations and therefore no future announcements will be released to the market. All future questions should be directed to the Liquidators.
