                  Board Changes and Trading Update 
 
Spectrum  Interactive  plc  (LON:SIN)  is  pleased  to  announce  the 
following board changes and a trading update. 
 
With  immediate  effect,  Lord  Young  of  Graffham  has  retired  as 
Chairman, and Mike Watson has retired as a non-executive Director  of 
the Company. 
 
Simon Alberga,  previously  Executive Director,  has  been  appointed 
Executive Chairman,  and  Yoav  Kurtzbard has  been  appointed  as  a 
non-executive Director. 
 
Yoav Kurtzbard  (44) is  a director  of Young  Associates, a  private 
equity firm  he co-founded  with  Lord Young  of Graffham  and  Simon 
Alberga in 1996. Yoav previously worked  as a banker at the  European 
Bank for Reconstruction and Development  and in corporate finance  at 
Salomon Brothers. 
 
Simon Alberga commented:   "We are  indebted to both  Lord Young  and 
Mike Watson for their respective contributions to Spectrum over  many 
years, and the Board wish  them both well as  they move on to  pursue 
other interests." 
 
Yoav Kurtzbard  holds  or has  held  the following  directorships  or

There are  no  further disclosures  to  be made  in  accordance  with 
Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules. 
 
The Company is pleased to  announce that current trading  despite the 
challenging economic climate is in line with management expectations. 
Spectrum will be  releasing its  interim results for  the six  months 
ended 31 December 2008 at the  end of March 2009.  Profit before  tax 
is expected to be broadly in line with the result for the first  half 
of last year, which was GBP0.7m.
