                      Skiddaw Capital Inc. ("the Company")

             Change of company name to Crosby Capital Partners Inc.
                   Extension of accounting reference date and
                 Adoption of International Accounting Standards


The Company has today despatched a notice of extraordinary general meeting (EGM)
to its shareholders. The EGM will be held at 2701 Citibank Tower, 3 Garden Road,
Central, Hong Kong at 4.00 p.m. Hong Kong time (9.00 a.m. British summertime) on
5 July 2004 at which a resolution will be proposed to approve the change of name
of the Company to Crosby Capital Partners Inc.
The Company also announces that its directors have resolved to extend the
Company's accounting reference date to 31 December and to adopt International
Accounting Standards for the preparation of the Company's accounts and its
group's consolidated accounts.
