Proposed Acquisition by Virgin Australia Holdings Ltd (the "Offerror") of all the issued shares in the capital of Skywest Airlines Ltd (the "Company") by way of a scheme of arrangement - dealings disclosure.

On 7 January 2013, the Company received notification that, pursuant to Rule 12.1 of The Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers, Centaurus carried out the following dealings in Skywest Shares by Centaurus Capital LP, a related entity of Centaurus, for the account of funds managed by Centaurus Capital LP.
