Result of EGM and Meeting of Warrant Holders

Further to the announcement on 7 December 2011, the Company announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") and Meeting of Warrant Holders held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed. The resolutions required the approval of not less than 75% of the votes cast by the Shareholders and Warrant Holders respectively.

EGM

100% of votes cast voted For the resolutions, no votes Abstained. 73.6% of the issued share capital voted.

Meeting of Warrant Holders

100% of votes cast voted For the resolutions, no votes Abstained. 72.3% of the issued Warrants voted.

De-Listing

As noted above, all resolutions proposed to the EGM and Meeting of Warrant Holders, including the resolution to cancel the admission of the Company's Shares and Warrants to trading on AIM, were duly passed. Therefore, it is expected that the last day of dealing in the Shares and Warrants will be 13 January 2012 and the effective date of the cancellation of the Shares and Warrants from trading on AIM is expected to be 16 January 2012.

Should any of the above dates change, the revised dates will be notified to Shareholders and Warrant Holders by an announcement on a regulatory information service.
