Company update 
 
The Board of SR Europe Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announces that 
following a review of available options ahead of the continuation vote due at 
the next Annual General Meeting, the Board intends to put proposals forward to 
wind up the Company and offer shareholders the choice of rolling over their 
investment into an investment vehicle to maintain exposure and not realise 
capital gains, or realising their investment for cash.  It is expected that 
further details of these proposals will be published in due course.
