                      SIGNIFICANT SHAREHOLDER NOTIFICATION


The Company was informed on 2 May 2008 that, following the acquisition of 74,761
shares in the Company on 1 May 2008, Southwind Limited now has a holding of
382,302 ordinary shares, representing 11.6% of the total voting rights in the
Company.

The Company was also informed on 2 May 2008 that, following the acquisition of
112,500 shares in the Company on 1 May 2008, Oryx International Growth Fund
Limited now has a holding of 980,000 ordinary shares, representing 29.7% of the
total voting rights in the Company.

The Company was informed on 2 May 2008 that Universities Superannuation Scheme
Limited no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
