First day of dealings

Becket Invest plc (LSE: TAB), formed to acquire an established business in the technology sector, announces that its entire issued share capital of 82,000,100 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") will today be admitted to the Standard Segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the Main Market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange. The Company successfully raised a total of GBP820,000 gross, before listing expenses of a total of GBP67,200, at 1 pence per share.

Total Voting Rights

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue on Admission will be 82,000,100 and this number may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Dealing will commence at 8.am. today. The codes for the Ordinary Shares will be as follows:
