Subscription to raise GBP1 million

Teliti International Ltd (AIM: TEL), the datacentre and IT business, is pleased to announce that RBC Trustees (CI) Limited as Trustee of The Karvandi Family Trust ("RBC") has subscribed for 1,754,386 new ordinary shares ("the Shares") in the Company, representing approximately 6.93% of the enlarged issued share capital, to raise GBP1m (c.RM4.9m). RBC has subscribed for the Shares at a price of GBP0.57 per ordinary share, which was the closing mid-market share price on 1 June 2012.

The proceeds will be used for general working capital, as well as for expanding the Company's international marketing activities.

Application has been made for admission of the Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and that dealings in the Shares will commence on 14 June 2012.

Following the above, RBC Trustees (CI) Limited as Trustee of The Karvandi Family Trust is interested in a total of 2,424,448 ordinary shares, which equates to 9.59 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.

Following admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise of 25,284,386 ordinary shares, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. This figure of 25,284,386 is the number that may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
