Teliti announces that it has issued warrants over 3,070,175 ordinary shares (the "Warrants") to RBC Trustees (CI) Limited as Trustee of The Karvandi Family Trust ("RBC"). The Warrants are exerciseable at 12.5p for a period of 5 years.
