                                 Board changes                                 

The Board of Tellings Golden Miller Group plc (the "Company") announces that
Julian Peddle and Stephen Thomson, both non-executive directors of the Company,
have today resigned from the Board of the Company following the announcement by
Arriva plc that its offer for the Company has been declared unconditional in
all respects.

The Board extends its thanks to Messrs Peddle and Thomson for their help,
assistance and valuable counsel since the flotation of the Company on AIM in
August 2003.
