The Company has been informed today that Mr R J G 
Paffard, Chief Executive, yesterday sold 9,922 
Ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at 
290p per share, and today purchased the same 
number of shares at a price of 290.5p per share.

His beneficial holding remains at 100,500 
Ordinary shares of 10p each, which represents 
0.15 per cent of the Companys issued share 
capital.
