Technoplast Industries Ltd. (hereinafter: "the Company") has announced to the
Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and to the Israeli Securities Authority as an immediate
report, the following:

The Company's general meeting was duly convened on 22 June 2004 and resolved,
unanimously, to appoint Mr. David Ben Zeev to the office of an outside director
of the company.

Mr. Ben Zeev is 53 years old and holds a bachelors degree in law from the Hebrew
University in Jerusalem.

In the previous five years Mr. Ben Zeev has served, or is currently serving as
senior vice general manager Nice Systems Ltd. and as chairman of the Singer
House Society.

Mr. Ben Zeev currently serves as a director in Models Fiduciary Funds Ltd. and
in the Municipal Company for the Development of Turism in Herzliya Ltd..

Mr. Ben Zeev is not employed by an interest holder in the Company.

Mr. Ben Zeev is not related to any interest holder in the Company.

Mr. Ben Zeev does not hold any securities of the Company.

Mr. Ben Zeev is a member of the Company's control committee.
