On 17 June 2004 Mr. Ilan Goldman was appointed as a director in the Company.



Mr. Goldman is 50 years old and is a mechanical engineer by education.



In the previous five years Mr. Goldman has served, or is currently serving as
general manager of E-lock Ltd.; vice general manager in charge of engineering
and development in Electra Consumer Products and as Engineering and development
director in Tadiran Consumer Products.



Mr. Goldman currently serves as a director in E-lock Ltd.; E-Lock Technologies
Ltd. (Hong Kong) and in E-Lock Technologies International GmbH (Germany).


Mr. Goldman is not employed by an interest holder in the Company.


Mr. Goldman is not related to any interest holder in the Company.


Mr. Goldman does not hold any securities of the Company.


Mr. Goldman is a member of the Company's control committee.
