Director's Resignation

Toye & Co plc ("Toye" or "the Company"), the manufacturer of military and masonic regalia, medals, badges and related textiles, announces the retirement of Mr Nicholas K S Wills as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2013. Nicholas has been a long serving valuable member of the Board since his appointment in 1996. We wish him well during his retirement.
