TripleArc Plc announces contract win
and structural Board changes
TripleArc Plc has been awarded a contract to supply an
internet print management system to Corporate Document
Services, part of The Baird Group. Corporate Document
Services ("CDS") is a specialist in media and print
management services for the UK Public Sector, including both
local and central government. CDS clients include the DWP -
Department of Work and Pensions, formally known as Social
Security, the London Borough of Sutton, as well as Essex,
Buckinghamshire and Surrey County Councils. CDS is
purchasing a licence for iPMS2Print - one of TripleArc's
internet print procurement solutions that enables it to
service its clients effectively whilst managing its
suppliers; TripleArc will be hosting and supporting the
system. CDS joins customers including Bezier, The Color
Company and Iceberg Marketing.
Jason Cromack, CEO commented: "This contract win is a major
step for TripleArc in its attempt to break into government
work, something that is regarded as exceptionally difficult
within the industry. We are delighted to have CDS on board
as a customer. This win is another step towards driving the
TripleArc solutions out into the market and towards us
becoming a leading provider of e-commerce procurement
solutions for the printing sector."
TripleArc also announces a change in management
responsibilities within the Board. Jason Cromack will
assume the role of Chief Executive Officer and Conor
O'Brien, who was Chief Executive, becomes the Group's
Technical Director. The change marks an evolutionary step
for TripleArc as it moves from a development oriented
company to a customer focused business.
