            TRIPLEARC PLC ANNOUNCES MAJOR PRINT MANAGEMENT CONTRACT
                              WITH BMI HEALTHCARE
                                        
TripleArc Plc announces the signing of a contract with private health provider,
BMI Healthcare, part of the General Healthcare Group. The print management
contract, expected to be worth up to #4.5 million pounds over the next three
years, covers all the print requirements for BMI Healthcare's 47 private
hospitals in the UK.

TripleArc will manage all BMI Healthcare's print procurement and draw on its
technology expertise to provide BMI Healthcare with an on-line print system to
monitor all its print requirements. In line with its stated strategy, the Group
continues to focus on delivering lower costs to companies, using its online
print management system to effectively manage the outsourcing process.

Jason Cromack, Chief Executive of TripleArc commented: "Following our
acquisition of Access Plus in November last year, the BMI Healthcare contract
represents another significant win for the enlarged Group. Subsequent to BMI
Healthcare's decision to consolidate its print requirements, we were approached
lastyear to tender for all of its outsourced print work. After a competitive
tender process, our print management company, Access Plus, was awarded a three
year contract. This is excellent news and, coming only weeks after the
announcement of the Matalan contract, demonstrates the strength of our offering
and the cost savings we can make for companies when they outsource their print
spend."

Ralph Spilsbury, Corporate Purchasing Manager, BMI Healthcare commented:
"Compared to our current print expenditure we believe we can save up to 15 per
cent through the consolidation of all our print management requirements with
TripleArc. For an operation of this size, this is a considerable saving."
