DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING

Granville Harris, Finance Director and Company Secretary has today exercised
share options to purchase 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 24p per share and
1,419 ordinary shares at a price of 20p per share in the Company.  As a result
of this, Granville Harris has a beneficial interest in 11,419 ordinary shares in
the Company representing 0.11 per cent of the issued share capital of that
class.
