Trading Statement

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 7 April 2008, the Board
would like to provide the following update:-

Pricer and Tracking

The Pricer, a software application that generates a continuously updating,
fixed odds, in-running price for each horse for the duration of a horserace,
has been on trial with bookmakers in the UK since April 2008. Although general
feedback has been positive with regards to the concept and functionality of the
Pricer, the Company has been unable to secure a commercial contract with any of
the bookmakers who participated in the trial. The Board believes that the
agreement of such a contract is unlikely in the short to medium term.

Restructuring

As a result of the outcome of the trial, and in order to try to alleviate the
immediate strain on the working capital position of the Company, the Board has
decided to (1) restructure the Company and refocus its strategy on its Course
Services Division, (2) the international exploitation of its tracking system
and (3) the exploitation of its intellectual property asset in a number of
industrial and commercial sectors. Consequently, the Board has decided to:-

 1. close the UK Tracking Division;
   
 2. close the Betting Services Division; and
   
 3. reduce central overhead costs of the business.
   
Furthermore, the Company is in discussions in relation to the sale of its
Ground Management Systems Division.

Course Services

The Course Services Division's principal product is the GoingStick which
enables the Going to be analysed by measuring penetration and shear of the
ground.

Following a 12 month mandatory trial of the GoingStick on all UK turf
racecourses initiated by the Horseracing Regulatory Authority (now the British
Horseracing Authority "BHA") in March 2007, the BHA have agreed to include the
use of the GoingStick in the BHA General Instructions from 1 January 2009. The
interim period is to be used as an implementation phase.

The Company is also in discussions with a number of overseas racing entities in
relation to further sales of the GoingStick.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
