Directorate Change

Following the announcement on 2 July 2008 and the subsequent redundancies to
reduce overhead costs, the board of the Company announces that Nicholette Green
has resigned as Finance Director and Company Secretary of the Company with
effect from 29 August 2008.

The Board would like to thank Nicky for her valuable contribution to the
Company and wish her well for the future.

Adam Mills, Chairman of the Company, will assume the roles of Finance Director
and Company Secretary.
