Development and License Agreement ("Agreement") with The Procter
& Gamble Company ("P&G").
Under the agreement, Envance will work with P&G's P&G
Ventures group to develop a range of new insect control solutions
that leverage Envance's bio-science formulas designed to quickly
kill and control insects by targeting nervous system receptors only
active in bugs.
