             Result of Annual General Meeting and Trading Statement



Ultimate Finance Group plc provides recourse factoring, invoice discounting and 
confidential invoice discounting


At the Annual General Meeting held today all resolutions were unanimously
passed.


The Chairman stated in his comments to the meeting that he was pleased to report
that for year ended 30th June 2007, Ultimate achieved a profit before tax of
#301,986 compared with #278,710 in 2006.


The Chairman stated that current trading remains in line with expectations in a
difficult market. However, one-off restructuring and severance costs will impact
on the current year's profit before tax, but not on underlying trading and
hopefully will produce benefits in the future. Ultimate will continue to take
all necessary steps to build sustainable shareholder value without compromising
on the quality of its portfolio of clients. Costs continue to be tightly
controlled whilst allowing for essential investment in sales and marketing.


It is pleasing to report the new appointment of a regional sales director for
the Midlands. This follows the fairly recent appointment of two other regional
sales professionals in Cardiff and Manchester. We hope to be able to announce
the appointment of a regional managing director for the South East shortly.
These important additions to the sales team further enhance the board's
confidence that Ultimate will continue to deliver future growth.


The Chairman would also like to thank Brian Sumner and Derek Ashford, who have
retired from the board to pursue other interests, for their contribution as
founding directors.
