2008 that Clive Garston, the Chairman, purchased 100,000 Shares in Ultimate on
19 March 2008 at a price of 6.5p each.

Following the purchase, C. Garston is interested in 350,000 Ultimate Shares
representing 1.75% of its issued share capital.
