    Expansion programme

    Ultimate Finance Group plc (AIM: UFG) ('Ultimate' or the 'Company'), the factoring, invoice discounting and financial solutions provider
to the SME sector, announces a package of initiatives to underpin its strategy of providing high-quality and responsive local service to
both current and prospective clients.

    The Company has strengthened its national presence by opening a new office in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, thus adding a South-east England
outlet for its services to its existing offices in the South-west and North-west of England.

    The Company has appointed Paul Atkins, who previously worked at Barclays Bank, to the new non-Board role of Sales Director to lead its
national sales team. Before joining Ultimate he also held senior sales positions at Sage and Experian.

    Ultimate also announces an expansion into a new market for the Company, international factoring. The Company will provide credit
management, credit insurance and funding facilities to international businesses importing and exporting goods and services into and out of
the UK.

    Complementing this expansion, the Company has become a member of Factors Chain International, the global network of leading factoring
companies, aimed at facilitating international trade through factoring and related financial services. Working across 63 countries, the FCI
network comprises 235 factors, actively engaged in more than half of the world's cross-border factoring volume. 

    The South-east office of Ultimate will be headed by Maria Dunne, who has almost 20 years' experience in financial services, most
recently as a Senior Manager in International Sales at Barclays Bank's Sales Financing division. Ms Dunne will also head Company's new
international activities.
    
 
    Working alongside her will be Tim Chaplin, who joins ultimate finance as a non-Board Regional Director, with 10 years sales' and
business development experience in the South-east region.
    
 
    Richard Pepler, Chief Executive of Ultimate Finance Group plc, said: "As stated at our interim results in March, we have been looking
