Debt Facility and Trading Update 
 
 
Ultimate Finance Group plc (the "Company"), the AIM-quoted factoring, invoice 
discounting and financial solutions provider to the SME sector, is pleased to 
provide an update on funding and current trading. 
 
 
As reported in our Interim Report released on 10 March 2009, the back to back 
receivable financing arrangement with Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance (the 
"Facility") had been extended until the end of March 2010 and we announced that 
we would be engaging in discussions with the bank with a view to further 
extending and increasing the facility. 
 
 
We are pleased to announce that those negotiations have now been successfully 
completed. The limit on the Facility has been increased from GBP18 million to 
GBP25 million and the period of its availability extended to 3 July 2012. 
 
 
Current trading is in line with both management and market expectations. A 
further update will be provided at the time of the Company's Final Results, 
which are expected to be announced on 17 September 2009. 
 
 
Ultimate Finance Group Chief Executive, Richard Pepler commented:

now and we are delighted to have secured an expansion and extension to this 
facility. The Board believes that this reflects Lloyds' ongoing support for the
