UTILICO INVESTMENT TRUST PLC

INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Directors of the Company have resolved that an interim dividend of 0.8 pence
per ordinary share should be paid. The dividend will be paid on 18 June 2007 to
shareholders registered at the close of business on 1 June 2007. The
corresponding ex-dividend date will be 30 May 2007.
