LONDON--VIPERA PLC (VIP.LN), a specialist provider of mobile
financial software services, Wednesday said that revenue will
amount to some 1.4 million pounds ($2.25 million) for the year
ended Dec. 31, adding that this will result in a materially
improved pre-tax result for the year.
Shares at 1430 GMT were up 1 pence, or 14.1%, at 9 pence.
Online derivative trading services provider PLUS500 LTD.
(PLUS.LN) said it expects revenue for the full year to be
significantly ahead of expectations after strong trading since Oct.
17.
Shares up 36 pence, or 17.7%, at 216 pence.
Mail and logistics services company UK MAIL GROUP PLC (UKM.LN)
lifted its interim dividend payment after reporting a 63% jump in
first-half pretax profit, and said trading to date in the second
half of the year has been in line with company's expectations.
Shares up 45 pence, or 7.69%, at 630 pence.
SERVICEPOWER TECHNOLOGIES PLC (SVR.LN), a field service
management firm, said strong growth in revenue in the first half of
this year has continued into the second half, with a steady
performance month-by-month expected through year-end.
Shares up 1.5 pence, or 41%, at 5.13 pence.
INTERNATIONAL FERRO METALS LTD. (IFL.LN), which produces
ferrochrome--the essential ingredient in stainless steel--said it
has had a favorable result for the first quarter and, after several
years of losses, it expects to return to profitability this
financial year.
Shares up 0.25 pence, or 2.38, at 10.75 pence.
STYLES & WOOD GROUP PLC (STY.LN), an integrated property
services and project delivery specialist, said the improvement in
markets noted at the interims has continued, albeit at a slow rate,
and it expects the financial performance for 2013 to be in line
with market expectations.
Shares up 1 pence, or 6.4%, at 8 pence.
